The last voyage of Ghost ship-Gabriel Garcia Marquez

The story shows how our consciousness wonders a lot. 

However, there is a common thread that binds all these wondering thought to mean. 

Something we wished to fulfill. In this story, a boy is sad and tried of to prove a mysterious ship, which his mother and villagers don’t believe. Poverty, loss of parent, humiliation gives the boy more energy to prove the existence of big ocean liner.

When the boy saw something strange appearing and disappearing on the ocean, he sight was suppressed by others because he couldn’t prove it. Next time, the sight becomes more concrete because it had movement and sound as well. Again, he couldn’t show the evidence to the villagers. That gave him more sadness and deep energy to prove. Finally, the liner was real. It was longer than the whole village, it made a breaking sound, shatter the earth, flashed vividly and every stone could see it. That day the boy could prove that he was an assertive young man. That time the world believed that he was someone reliable, whose idea were not a fantasy only. This is how, the story shows development of our condition from unreal imagination to concreate reality.
